At Stanley 1913, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective materials are included with the product.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
